Hotness

...no, not the weather. okay, so maybe a little. okay, fine, yes, the weather. but there's another thing. i was watching the tv show LOST on axn several weeks ago because i can't sleep. i saw this guy, he's very..attractive. ian somerhalder. rather, hot.

i took alot of his pictures from the internet. he's so gwapo talaga.

isn't he attractive?haha. :D oh..yeah. i think tom cruise is really old na. like REALLY old. he's past-40 and THAT's really old. and old is "really old" is kinda gross. even to have a crush on.

i like my new layout. it's pink. harhar. and blue and semi-transparent. hehe. i don't know. i just like it.

i was talking to my dear friend cacs just a few minutes ago and it's funny when i was trying to tell her that i find ian somerhalder cute, i couldn't tell her who since i don't know if she knew who he is. i tried so hard to describe him to her and i gave up after a while telling her that he starred in life as a house and it turns out, she knew him and found him cute too. haha.

The Results are up.

i'm half disappointed with the reality show results i got. haha. the contender finale aired live last night on axn. finally. it turned out may fight pa c Jesse Brinkley and Alfonso Gomez for the bronze title. Jesse performed WAY better than his previous fights when kulang na lang ma-KO sha. but unfortunately, he lost. yes, again. but it's ok kc i really like Alfonso and i seriously thought he could win the whole show. but Jesse's reaction to his loss was priceless for me. it's the most pitiful thing next to Anthony Federov's during one of his performances in AI4.

speaking of AI4. it also ended. this morning. Carrie won. grr. i would really want to watch it more if Bo Bice won. well it was a LOOONG finale although it also ran for two hours like The Contender. yun lang masasabi ko about American Idol 4. oh, and Bo and Carrie were really lucky that their season was sponsored by Ford so they both got cars at the end.

The Summer Vacation is Drawing to a Close.

i'm so sad. summer's nearly over. it's just a bummer and i only realized that after i enrolled for the next term this morning. it was very quick and easy but what bugged me alot was that we have to take another physical examination for the new year. oh gross. i don't even want to remember what happened the first time. elinor and i were scheduled to take that on june 29--that's a school day. i promised myself i was going to take the whole day off since the physical exam would probably take the first period (we haven't got our schedules yet.)

jesse brinkley lost to sergio mora. yes, it means Sergio Mora will be fighting with the underserving Peter Manfredo, Jr. for a million dollars. tough luck for jesse. i pity him. he's okay.

friendster bulletins

i dint really fancy answering friendster bulletins then, like surveys but i guess when you're experiencing a summer THIS boring there pretty much is nothing to do. so i waste a part of my boring time to answer surveys. it's really weird and a bit annoying though that most of the time that i find sarcasm amusing as answers to some questions, some people answer the same survey after i did and won't change MY answers. there was even once that one of my friendster-buddies posted a bulletin having a go at somebody who allegedly "copied" her bulletin answer when she did it herself from my bulletin. a few days ago i thought of answering another one and as always, i was a bit sarcastic. why? because some of the questions were stupid. like, "what is your horoscope?" well, of course i know what it means but it's not actually your fortune-horoscope they're asking, right? it's supposed to be your ZODIAC SIGN. anyway, so then i posted it then a few minutes ago, i read another one of my friendster-buddies' posts because i thought it might be interesting to answer since she said it was weird. i read it only to find out she answered what i previously posted (which was what the purpose of posting bulletins.) BUT there were some questions which she dint change my answers. i was, honestly, kinda pissed. i mean, can't she make her own? it's just exasperating on my part since they were answers made by me. thought by me. my own wisecracks or whatever they are called. see what i mean?
u hope they would just beat it. find answers on their own. not from other people. hehe :D

so undeserving

Peter Manfredo, jr.'s contender win tonight isn't really what he should deserve. here's what i think:

* He was the first one beaten EVER. so what if he made a comeback? it was just luck that brought him there--that Jeff Fraza had to quit because of chicken pox.

* His "first comeback fight" with miguel espino was good but he was only just a point away from miguel. it was a 47-48 score.

* He did win a car for a reward challenge. but it was effortless. fortunately for him, joey gilbert purposefully stopped right in front of the line without crossing it, so as to give the reward to peter manfredo, jr. who was in second place then.

* He won over joey gilbert during their match, and it was again, his luck that the fight had to be stopped since joey gilbert suffered a nasty headbutt accidentally. oh, and it was a split decision.

it's just so unfair. i love alfonso gomez. he's like my constantine, only in the contender. so he's called the underdog, but he's really good. AND peter manfredo almost fell twice.

and somebody told us that the finals would be peter manfredo, jr vs. sergio mora. so mora's okay but i like jesse brinkley and alfonso gomez better. it's just so unfair for me, every reality show i've watched since the amazing race 6 was quite unfair.

1. The Amazing Race 6 -- Kris and Jon were the most deserving team but Freddy and Kendra won.

2. American Idol -- Constantine was out of the contest and i don't like Bo, Carrie or Vonzell though they're all okay.

3. The Amazing Race 7 -- Uchenna and Joyce won, which was okay, but i was gunning for Rob and Amber.

4. Fear Factor -- the latest one i've watched. i was hoping the girl would win but the guy did. although he's okay.

5. Of course, The Contender.

6. Survivor Palau -- i really liked Ian to win but Tom the fire fighter did and it was okay although i was really hoping it would be Ian.

i am so pissed of all the results i've been receiving from all reality shows i've been watching. can it be any more unfair?

grumble.

i started to RE-read the order of the phoenix again two-three days ago since our internet was down. i had already finished it so i'm beginning to feel bored again. as usual. well, the story was really sad, sadder than it was the first time i read it since i hadn't really read it thorougly that time. this time, i did. i had learned alot of new words, words which i dint understand then, words that i dint take a little portion of my time to look at it's meaning in a dictionary. this time, i also did. it really embarasses me to NOT know some of these words since i really think i could have known that way before.

LETHARGIC: without energy; inanimate

OSTRACIZE: to exclude or shun

DERELICT: abandoned

PAROXYSM: a sudden outburst of feelings or actions

GOAD: something that spurs a person; stimulus

so you see, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix can't be so understood by lil kids.

Okay, that's good.

so Uchenna and Joyce won the amazing race 7. it's okay, anyway, Rob and Amber both have their own money from survivor. actually, though i'm not THAT into Uchenna and Joyce..but they deserved it just as much as Rob and Amber did..for their EFFORT, of course. so, whatever about that. i'll just be waiting for the next amazing race.

some few weeks ago, denise and i were counting how many people would we put in our list of good vocalists+guitarists. it wasn't really hard to enumerate some at first:

DENISE: "Si Goo Goo Dolls."
MM: "Sige. Si Chris Carrabba rin."
DENISE: "Hmm..Pwede ba si Adam Levine?"
MM: "Ewan ko, picture lang kasi yun eh."
(It turned out, we were able to catch him using the guitar in Maroon 5's Top of the Pops performance..it wasn't impressive, so, no, he's not on the list.)
DENISE: "Sige, si John Mayer."
MM: "O sige na nga, kahot ayaw ko sha."
DENISE: "Sino pa ba? eh c Ryan Cabrera?"
MM: "HOY HINDI KASAMA YUN AH!"

oh, yeah. sorry to Ryan Cabrera lovers but there's just something about him i find really BADUY. oh, too bad i don't see Brandon Boyd. i wish he does. and it won't matter if he's not as good as he should be. he would definitely be IN.

The Contender overload

recently, me and my younger sisters have been talking about "The Contender" almost every hour. after watching that show for the past weeks, i think we are talking the contender out of our ears. it doesn't stop. we were in rp this afternoon and while in astrovision, denise and i were rating our very own top 10 hot guys. of course, who else but Tom Cruise is number ONE on our list.
we couldn't help but think of Contenders to put on our list.

1 Tom Cruise --> no-brainer
2 Brad Pitt --> oh, duh, when is he NOT hot?
3 Jon Jonsson --> manhunt winner, doi.
4 Kevin Peak --> manhunt "spy"
5 ---
6 ---
7 ---
8 ---
9 ---
10 --

ultimately, we haven't made up our minds with the rest, right? but we have pending guys. yes, two of the contenders (Jimmy Lange and Jesse Brinkley); Hugh Jackman; Chris Evans; Keanu Reeves (his rumored gay personality bugs me alot); Orlando Bloom as Legolas. and the reason why Legolas isn't on the list, considering his Über cute look, is that his body isn't quite what we would actually call "hot." same with Jimmy Lange, although you gotta have a nice body to be a real good boxer, we didn't think he really HAS it. Jesse Brinkley, on the other hand, HAS it but we just hate his attitude.

all that's left for me to say right now is:
MARIAH CAREY NEEDS TO QUIT. i feel sympathy for the younger guy in her vid. mariah is like his older older older sister. she's old and she must face it.

FINALLY, HE WAS OVERTIME.

i'm talking about scott from american idol. not that i still watch it as hard as i did before constantine left, but scott had been there for too long. his voice wasn't anything special for me. he's actually pretty boring, i think. i'm really satisfied with the result this week. :D

i'm also happy with my new layout since i spent one and a half days doing that!

i can't wait to watch the next episode of THE CONTENDER. i can't wait to see Anthony Bosante get his ugly ass kicked by Jesse Brinkley. i really don't like Jesse Brinkley, though, since he was the one who "masterplanned" ishe's "downfall." but i like him WAY better than anthony bosante because he gives me the impression of our Über-stupid ex-driver wilson.

oh, yesterday, i went with denise to st.paul because she enrolled. i felt sick inside there. i really can't tell why. hehe. and on the way home we passed by uerm and i saw my crush! well, no. just his friends. hehe. that's about it.

the car ride from hell part 2

it's a boring night. so we decided to watch The Pacifier in SM. we were driving along the traffic taft avenue when the adventure began. ate niki began to scream because of a big cockroach, which, by the way, is our worst fear. omg it ran across our windshield every now and then as mommy tried to flip it off with the wipers. it ran ALL AROUND THE CAR WINDOWS!! oh it was so scary but kinda fun too. we would move side to side whenever the roach was in our window. haha. it took a pretty long time before we finally lost sight of that roach. what's even sillier than what we were doing inside the care was how we got out of the car. so obviously we don't know where the roach was so we flew out as fast as we possibly can. like lightning. hehe that's what happens when adrenalin rushes all over you from fear and a bit of exitement. now i find it really funny but it was scary when it was actually happening.

The Pacifier wasn't as funny as i was hoping it be but it was really funny to see vin diesel in a role like that. it was like total contrast. har-har.

i haven't gotten over the whole constantine's-out-of-american-idol yet. but i feel much better just reading how people dislike scott savol as i did in the teentalk forum. har-har.
